Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines what you may and may not do when using GrowthTracker. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
You may use GrowthTracker to:
- Track and manage leads and sales pipelines for your business
- Collaborate with your team members on lead follow-up
- Import and export your own business data
- Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI
2. Prohibited Use
You may not use GrowthTracker to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Store or process data you do not have the right to use
- Send spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk communications without consent
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written agreement
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Store sensitive personal data such as payment card numbers, social security numbers, or health records beyond what is necessary for normal CRM use
3. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter into GrowthTracker (such as lead contact information) was collected lawfully and that you have the right to process it. You must comply with applicable privacy laws including CCPA and CAN-SPAM when contacting leads.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Suspend access temporarily
- Terminate the account permanently
- Report activity to law enforcement if required
5. Reporting Violations

6. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
