Billing Policy

Summary: You get 7 days free. No charge until day 7. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you will never be billed. After billing starts, you can cancel anytime — no long-term contracts.

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is required at signup but will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Automatic Renewal

On day 7 of your trial, your selected plan will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged the monthly subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until canceled.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@growthtracker.fyi. We will process your cancellation the same day. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Per FTC Click-to-Cancel requirements, we are required to make cancellation as easy as signing up. We honor this — one email is all it takes.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date your first paid charge occurs. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund you 100%, no questions asked.

After 7 days from first charge, refunds are issued at our discretion. Partial refunds for unused days are not provided as a standard policy.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not resolved, your account will be suspended. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow reactivation.

6. Plan Changes

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, email support@growthtracker.fyi. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrades can be applied immediately upon request.

7. Taxes

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
