This Privacy Policy describes how GrowthTracker ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service at growthtracker.fyi.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide via Google Sign-In.
Business data: Leads, contacts, notes, follow-ups, and other data you enter into the platform. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Payment information: Processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing notices)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase is SOC 2 compliant. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Google Firebase — database and authentication
- Payment processors — to handle billing securely
- Legal authorities — if required by law
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Export your data at any time (CSV export available in-app)
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Correct inaccurate information

6. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact support@growthtracker.fyi.
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.
10. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
